These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Bestie Express forwarding services. By using our services, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Services Offered

  • Local and International Shipping Coordination

  • Fulfillment Services (procurement, packing, and shipping)

  • Pickup and Delivery Services Coordination

  • Drop-off Points for E-commerce platforms (Lazada, Shopee)

  • Travel and Airline Ticketing Services

  • Group Packages Coordination

3. User Obligations

  • Accurate Information: Provide accurate information for shipment processing.

  • Packaging and Labeling: Comply with all packaging and labeling requirements.

  • Prohibited Items: Ensure that shipments do not contain prohibited items.

4. Fees and Payment

  • Service Fees: Based on the type, weight, dimension and destination of the shipment or travel booking.

  • Payment Terms: Payments must be made as per the invoice terms. Late payments may incur additional charges.

5. Liability

  • Forwarder Role: Bestie Express acts as a forwarder and is not liable for loss or damage to shipments. Liability for loss or damage rests with the respective partner carriers.

  • Third-Party Responsibility: Bestie Express is not responsible for changes, cancellations, or delays by travel service providers or other third-party service providers.

  • Insurance: Additional insurance coverage is available and recommended.

6. Claims

  • Lost or Damaged Shipments: Claims must be filed with the respective partner carrier within their stipulated time frame. Bestie Express will follow up on behalf of the customer to facilitate the claims process with the carriers.

  • Travel Services: Claims related to travel services must be directed to the respective travel service providers. Bestie Express will assist in facilitating communication with these providers.

7. Travel and Ticketing Services

  • Intermediary Role: Bestie Express coordinates travel bookings, including airline and 2GO Travel tickets. We act as an intermediary and are not responsible for changes, cancellations, or delays by the travel service providers.

8. Group Packages

  • Coordination: Bestie Express offers group package arrangements, coordinating logistics and services through various partners. Liability for these services rests with the respective service providers.

9. Risk Agreement

International Shipping

  • Independent Reseller: Bestie Express is an independent third-party reseller of shipping services provided by FedEx, UPS, and DHL. We operate independently and are not affiliated with or employed by FedEx, UPS, or DHL.

  • Shipper's Responsibility: As the shipper, you confirm that you have full knowledge of the items being shipped and understand that it is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete information to Bestie Express.

  • Customs Liability: Bestie Express assumes no liability for parcels held in customs due to reasons such as incomplete documents, prohibited items, misdeclaration, exceeding quantity limits, or required inspections.

  • Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bestie Express from any claims, damages, or losses resulting from your non-compliance with customs regulations or inaccurate information provided.

  • Coordination and Follow-Up: Bestie Express will make efforts to coordinate and follow up on the status of your shipment through the customer service of FedEx, UPS, and DHL. However, we do not have direct control over processing or inspection times.

  • Customs Hold: If the shipment is held in customs or undergoes inspection, there is no guarantee that the shipment can be requested to be returned or that the shipping fee will be refunded. Bestie Express has no control over the decisions made by customs authorities.

  • Additional Fees: You are solely responsible for covering any additional fees, fines, or penalties incurred by customs authorities or the receiving party if they are required to pay for such charges. You are also responsible for the Return To Sender (RTS) fees if applicable.

  • Customs Inspections: Bestie Express has no control over customs authorities' decision to conduct inspections, even if the shipment has complete documents, accurate declarations, and does not contain counterfeit or illegal items.

Local Shipping

  • Service Partner: Bestie Express is a service partner for shipping services provided by 2GO Express, J&T Express, Flash Express, Ninja Van, and CaPEx. We operate independently and are not affiliated with or employed by these carriers.

  • Shipper's Responsibility: As the shipper, you confirm that you have full knowledge of the items being shipped and understand that it is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete information to Bestie Express.

  • Liability: Bestie Express assumes no liability for parcels held or delayed due to reasons such as incomplete documents, prohibited items, misdeclaration, or required inspections.

  • Purpose: Your personal data may be collected and used for facilitating the shipping services and communicating with you regarding your shipment.

  • Confidentiality: Your personal data will be handled with utmost confidentiality and will not be shared with any unauthorized third parties, except as required by law or with your explicit consent.

11. Amendments

Bestie Express reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Customers will be notified of significant changes.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Philippines. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Taytay, Rizal, Philippines.
